1.) Rise Up & Shine Club
Who:
Elementary school students
preK-2 and 3-5th
What:
This is a morning only class which helps with creating a new set of tools to start your day of right. It includes setting an intention, mixes breath work, movement, transformation tools and fun in a 6 week program. This class empowers a child to believe in themselves, increases their growth mindset skills, and tools for self regulation.
We teach each child and provide tools to help them bloom into their fullest potential by fostering growth, inner connection, self regulation, and well being in their body and mind.
When:
30 minutes for 6 weeks before school program.

Who:

3.)Peace & Power Club
When: Monday nights, 6-7 PM
Where: 2600 Hull Street, Richmond, 23224
Who: Middle School Girls Aged 11-14
Time: 4 week program starting Monday November 25th at 6 pm
Pilot Investment: $48
What: class blends yoga, mindfulness, and empowerment to help teenage girls build inner strength and confidence. Caregivers are welcome to attend, and we encourage one caregiver to join at least one session.
• Missed Class Policy: No reimbursement for missed classes

4.)Breathe & Believe Class
Who we serve:
Teachers and caregivers
Description:
Breathe and Believe class includes a set of transformational tools sprinkled throughout a mindful movement class.
We empower each teacher with the tools to relax, believe in themselves, self regulate, and be more confident and calm.
Time:
30 minutes or 1 hour for one time, quarterly or monthly.
Mindful tools for kids & caregivers:
This podcast is a helpful tool for caregivers to turn on for kids and themselves.
First, find a comfy spot for you both to be together and take 5 to 10 minutes to listen to the podcast. You and the child will regulate the body , use your senses, mindful movement, learn life tools and nurture a growth mindset by using affirmations.
